Free 2 Run contributors’ guidelines

1. Though this is a site focused on women and politics we welcome male contributors.
2. All articles and pictures should be original. Where not or where portions of other works are used, proper credit should be given to the original copyright holder.
3. Contributions referring to events should be sent in not later than 48hrs after the event.
4. Articles should not be beyond 500 words in length.
5. Pictures should accompany all stories sent in.
6. Pictures should not be more than 200kb in size. Pictures with large file sizes are tough to upload so remember to reduce them.
7. All articles should tell us when, who, what and where.
8. Profanity, abusive language will not be accepted on this site.
